Pityriasis rubra pilaris (Devergie's disease) is an idiopathic, papulosquamous inflammatory dermatosis characterized by progressive erythrodermia. The etiology of the disease unknown, and most cases occur sporadically. Viral infections, impaired vitamin A metabolism, medications, autoimmune reactions, malignancies are common triggering factors. diagnosis Devergie's based on clinical manifestations results a skin histological examination. present paper discusses case pityriasis that occurred in COVID-19, 40-year-old woman. For purpose differential pitiriasis with atopic dermatitis, erythrodermic form psoriasis, generalized urticaria, it necessary to perform immunohistochemical studies identify proliferation immunocompetent cells. Based described case, seems possible recommend testing for SARS-CoV-2 if patient has against background fever intoxication syndrome.
